The Villa is placed in a dominant area next to Scopello, in western Sicily. The area around the property “Rocchi Livreri” has a very high landscape value with its bays and crystal waters, classified by the European Community as Site of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Protection Area (SPA). Villa Rocchi Livreri is an elegant property with private pool, designed in a modern architectural style. The furniture is sober and sophisticated at the same time and all is very accurate in every detail. Its location offers a beautiful view over the entire coast of Castellammare del Golfo, thanks also to the suggestive panoramic terrace. The villa extends over two levels: the ground floor overlooks two comfortable verandas, where the guests can enjoy a relaxing stay, the view over the sea and the nature surrounding the villa. The house is accessed from a bright and spacious living room including a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom with shower. A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with three double bedrooms, one of these has a big balcony with sea view and an en-suite bathroom. There is the possibility to add a single bed into two of three bedrooms, which result in two triple bedrooms. Next to the bedrooms there another bathroom with shower. The property has an independent access, a very big natural garden scattered with milky-white rocks, where the guest can enjoy the gorgeous private pool and beautiful panoramas. The stunning panoramic view over the Gulf of Castellammare and the Bay of Scopello is framed by large windows embellishing the villa. The landscape becomes the leitmotif which gives guests a feeling of peacefulness. Villa Rocchi Livreri is the ideal accommodation for tourists and it's the perfect spot for visiting the beautiful landscape of Western Sicily: in just few km you will reach Castellammare del Golfo, the medieval village of Erice, the city centers of Trapani and Marsala in which you can visit saltworks with their ancient mills, the greek sites of Segesta and Selinunte and the Egadi Islands. Villa Rocchi Livreri is halfway between Trapani and Palermo airports (50 km ca. from both of them). Note: Video surveillance system intended only to the outdoor areas, it is mainly used during the wintertime. The cameras will remain off during the period in guests stay.
